The I.T. Ranger provides technology support for hardware and software issues. Some services, such as program installs, operating system maintenance and diagnostics can be performed remotely. Other services, such as hardware diagnostics, network installation or system upgrades must be performed on site.

In addition to our on-site support services, we also offer secure remote support sessions to maintain computer systems as well as troubleshoot certain issues. Our Remote Maintenance Program consists of:
- Cleaning the Windows Registry
- Removing spyware, adware, viruses, trojans and worms
- Repairing corrupt data
- Examining Windows to prevent potentially serious issues
- Cleaning out unnecessary and “junk” files
